Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Voyager account and all associated data at any time. This page explains your options and lets you submit a deletion request directly from the web.
This action is permanent
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, all voyages, log entries, photos, friendships, and crew assignments. This cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Voyager app on your phone. The deletion runs immediately and removes all your data from our servers.
- Open the Voyager app and sign in
- Open the side menu and tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the action when prompted
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us directly at privacy@voyagerlogs.app, or use the form below to open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request. Either way, we will respond and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Your email client should have opened
If nothing happened, please send your request manually to privacy@voyagerlogs.app including the email address of the account you'd like to delete.
